A birthday

My 8th birthday was the most memorable. 

First of all I need to start by saying that I have a cousin who had the same age as me and we are neighbour. And also, our birthdays are really close, so at that age, we celebrate our birthday together. So ours moms decided to do a party, that's why we invited our friends. I remember that I wake up really early, but that didn't work of anything, because our celebration was at the afternoon. So I spent all my day waiting for that. We wait for our friends, but them were not so many, then we start to play and eat, but one thing that I remember about food, is that both of us, my cousin and I, had a cake for ourselves, I mean, there wasn't only a cake for both of us, so we sat down in the two extremes of the table and our friends and family start to sing the birthday song at the same time. 

But the reason of why I remember that birthday is that, although all the presents that I receive, my parents gave me a puppy. That puppy was the first one that I had and I wasn't expecting that present, I mean, I always wanted one, but my parents always said that I was too young to have one, so I think that at that time, I was the happiest girl. That's why I always going to remember that birthday.
